In this day and age, our firm understands money is not easy to come by. As a result we will try to work with those who have limited means. With this in mind, please remember that if you engage the services of any lawyer, you should try to do the following prior to contacting the counsel.
- Try to formulate the questions you need answered by counsel. In this fashion you may use your time more effectively.
- Call counsel when you need advice, not to discuss the weather. Please remember, every minute you are on the phone, you will likely be charged for.
- Find out from counsel if they prefer you to make a log of updates to be provided at a later date, send emails or call the office.
Although the personal touch is something our office prefers, it is more time consuming and thus at times may be more costly. The cost at times is required; however, if it is not, why incur it unnecessarily?
